While other Nigeria’s financial institutions are advancing in technology and making customers relationship a priority, Sterling Bank is going in reverse in its operation.<\/p>\n

Customers of the bank lament difficulties in accessing the bank, poor services and unqualified staff across all departments.<\/p>\n

A customer who doesn’t want his name mentioned in the press disclosed to Worldtopnewsng his ordeal with the bank for not responding to clients’ queries on time.<\/p>\n

The customer vented anger in a series of messages sent to this medium. Below are the customer’s unedited messages.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith Sterling Bank’s late response or not resolving my issue gives me no doubt that the bank is incompetent in handling customers’ issues. It’s risky if Nigerians continue to patronize the useless bank.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat I requested from the bank is to approve the cancellation of my Form A request not the rejection of my application. Yesterday, when I phoned the bank’s customer care, I addressed them on how to approve cancellation of Form A, still, they have not worked on it.\u201d<\/p>\n
