Upon arrival at the scene, it was discovered that a fully loaded tanker with PMS (45,000 liters) was involved in a solitary accident.
\nFurther investigation gathered at the scene, revealed that the accident was caused by a mechanical fault.<\/p>\n
While the tanker was ascending the bridge it then suddenly rolled back, fell and spilled all its contents. The content and the entire area had been blanketed by the LRU firefighters and Lagos state fire service to avoid any fire outbreak.
\nNo loss of life or injury recorded at the scene.
