The Alimosho Youth empowerment forum (AYEF) in partnership with Sifax group has empowered over three hundred youths in Alimosho area of Lagos state.<\/p>\n
The sixth edition of the programme commenced about three months ago with trainings in soap making , bleach & insecticide making, make up, hairdressing, shoe & bag making, catering services, barbing and fashion design.<\/p>\n
According to the President of AYEF, Comrade Moshood Bankole ” Going back memory lane, the idea was to train and empower 40,000 women and youths in realisation of our vision 2040 agenda. And to the glory of God , Alimosho youth empowerment forum has so far trained over 3000 people in the past years, as this year’s edition makes it the 6th unbroken years.”<\/p>\n
“All thanks to almighty God,and Sifax group who has been a strong backbone as the sole sponsorship since inception. On this note, I sincerely appreciate Dr. Taiwo Olayinka Afolabi (MON), the Chairman of Sifax group whose generosity and passion to help the less privileged is legendary. We shall forever be grateful to you, and to our instructors may God continue to bless you.”<\/p>\n
“This training and empowerment shall be the beginning of greater things to all the graduands,” he said.<\/p>\n
Comrade Adejare Afolabi, a member of AYEF added ” Government cannot do everything or provide everything we want for us, those Who have little opportunities should also endeavour to contribute to the society as a way of helping the indigents. This is exactly the philosophy of AYEF.”<\/p>\n
One of the beneficiaries who cannot hide her joy said ” I just do not know what to say or how thank the organisers of this programme other than to say , God will continue to provide for them. I am so happy.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
