Checks by revealed that neither the Internet Banking Portal, the Mobile Application, nor the *737# USSD platform were accessible, due to the service failure.<\/p>\n
The development has left many customers of the bank stranded, as many business transactions are on hold due to the development.<\/p>\n
It was also observed that the bank has yet to provide an explanation for the service failure, through its social media pages.<\/p>\n
