Akinyemi Ajigbotafe, had the honour of representing Deputy Governor Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat at the Young Managers&#8217; Summit. Organized by the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) at the University of Lagos Multi-Purpose Hall, Akoka, Lagos, the event&#8217;s theme was &#8220;Diversity, Inclusivity and Equity in the workplace: What Matters to Young Professionals?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Honourable Commissioner stated it was a privilege to represent the Deputy Governor and speak on a matter deeply resonating with young professionals. He emphasized that young managers play a crucial role in building workplaces valuing diversity, fostering inclusion, and inspiring productivity, as true leadership lies not just in achieving success but in creating opportunities for others to thrive.<\/p>\n<p>Hon. Ajigbotafe congratulated participants qualified for the 2024 Young Managers&#8217; Competition, encouraging them to envision new solutions and commit to building a better Nigeria and world.
