In a chat with AlimoshoTv&#8217;s correspondent he said &#8221; It is a pity that those who have been representing us are not doing up to expectations, so, this is the time for people like us to join the race and contribute to the development of our dear local government. To run a local government is not a rocket science &#8220;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>He stated further, &#8221; A creative government should know how to engage the youths and the elderly in the society. It is not all about extending handouts to them but creating a life&nbsp; lmpacting programmes.
