The suspects were caught tampering with critical electricity infrastructure, including digging out and cutting power cables\u2014an act that poses a severe threat to public safety and electricity supply in the area.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-7018\" src=\"https:\/\/alimoshotv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/1002115246-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alimoshotv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/1002115246-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/alimoshotv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/1002115246-576x1024.jpg 576w, https:\/\/alimoshotv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/1002115246.jpg 720w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Following their arrest, the individuals were taken to Ikoyi Police Station and will be transferred to Oshodi tomorrow for prosecution in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n<p>The Honourable Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources, Mr. Biodun Ogunleye strongly condemned the act of vandalism, emphasizing its detrimental impact on electricity supply and public safety. \u201cThe destruction of power infrastructure is a serious offense that disrupts essential services, endangers lives, and slows down economic activities.
