•OSHODI-ISOLO LOCAL GOVERNMENT NEWS UPDATEM
In preparation for victory in the coming local government election slated for July, Hon. Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh on 22nd June 2021 in his office held a tripartite meeting with all the councilors, chairmanship aspirants within his cabinet, Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya, and Hon.Kehinde Adeola Oloyede ( APC candidate) was unavoidable absent.
In his address, the incumbent chairman emphasised that it is germane for everyone to come together as directed by the party and ensure victory for the party at the poll.
He implores everyone to forget the intrigues of the primary election and look towards victory for all the candidates and success for the incoming chairman Hon. Kehinde Oloyede.
He used the medium to further assured everyone that his relationship with Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya and Hon. Kehinde Oloyede Almaroof is cordial and they have always been best of friends but sometimes they may have their differences which doesn’t mean they were enemies.
” The party has decided and all of us must comply with the directives, for those of you who the party denied a second term, let your faith be strong that Allah has a purpose for everything and life goes on, the party can call you to serve at any capacity in the future ‘
Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya apologized on behalf of the party candidate who was absent at the meeting and thanked Hon. Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh for his support and effort in ensuring unity within the party while he thanked every member of All progressives Congress party for their maturity during and after the primary election, he promised to deliver the outcome of the issues discussed in the meeting to the incoming Chairman and assured everyone that the coming administration would be an all-inclusive one.
Tpl Daisi Oso, vice chairman and aspirant in the last primary election, appreciated the efforts of both Hon. Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh and Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya in ensuring peace during and after the primary election and thanked God that Oshodi was able to prove prophet of doom wrong as no life was lost and urged everybody to contribute selflessly to the victory of APC at the coming poll, he advised councilors who did not get the party ticket for the second term to continue to show spirit of sportsmanship and make themselves available to the coming administration through their experience to ensure success of the administration.
