The lead symbol of Team Anularigba in Oshodi Isolo local government, Otunba Kehinde Adeola Almaroof Oloyede, on Friday joined several other prominent Nigerians to celebrate the first year anniversary of the death of the mother of Chairman of Lagos State chapter of the National Union Road Transport Workers(NURTW), Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya.
The politician led several other members of his team to the fidau prayer and dedication of a mosque built in the memory of Alhaja Omotowo Akinsanya. He described her as an exemplary mother who gave birth to wonderful children and thought them the ways of God.
According to Otunba Oloyede “the entire Anularigba family join the rest of the world in remembering our beloved mother, Alhaja Omotonwo Akinsanya whose call to glory marks a year today.”
“Mama lived an exemplary life worthy of emulation. She was a staunch believer in Allah and she brought her children up in the ways of God.” he said.
Continuing “she loved, cared and supported her children in everyway possible. We are consoled in the fact that she is with Allah enjoying her good deeds.”
A memorial mosque was built in her memory by Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya.
He finally prayed for the repose of her soul.
