The ChiefofStaff Lasg to Lagos State Governor, Mr. Tayo Ayinde is expected to deliver a Keynote address to representatives of out-going secondary school students in Lagos.
Future Matters Concept will on Tuesday 9th November hold its 9th annual edition of BSEWN for out-going secondary school students.
BSEWN is an acronym of BEYOND SECONDARY EDUCATION, WHAT’S NEXT? a concept aimed at inspiring excellent attitude towards academic pursuit, providing adequate information on career choices, leadership and entrepreneurship, while addressing issues of substance abuse / sexual reproductive health and vices amongst the young people.
The programme according to the convener, Adewale ADELEYE Walex Adeleye brings together some of the achievers in various field of endeavors to share their knowledge, experiences and excellence in life with the young people, who are generally believed to be the strength of our Nation.
This year’s edition is themed “21st Century S.M.A.R.T Ways To The Top” aim at opening the minds of the young people to the great opportunities ahead of them, in this digital era, while taking a sip from the fountain that is sustaining the noble resource persons.
The convener disclosed that other expected Speakers to inspire the participants includes Mr. Ibrahim Odumboni , Managing Director/Chief Executives Officer, Lagos State Wastes Management Authority ( LAWMA ); General Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communication, Coscharis Group, Mr. Abiona Babarinde; Executive Secretary, MTN Foundation, Mrs. Odunayo Sanya; President, National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools, Otunba Yomi Otubela and Oyaleke Feyikemi Ajoke ; Barr. Jide Ologun Past Chairman, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Lagos Chapter, is also expected to help the participants various unlock opportunities in the S.M.A.R.T Era.
Dignitaries expected to grace the event include Commissioner, Local Government service Commission, Hon Taofeek Adaranijo Mhr ; Board Member, Lagos State Security Trust Funds , Dr. Ayodele Ogunsan; Permanent Board Member Lagos SUBEB, Hon. Abiodun Olanrewaju Adedoyin amongst others.
The Executive Chairman, Agege Local Government Agege LG , Alh. Ganiyu Kola Egunjobi and Orile Agege LCDA Chairman, Hon. Johnson Babatunde are also expected.
