A UK-based philanthropist and Ibadan indigene from Akinyele Local Government Area in Oyo State, Mr. Sijuola Rasaq, popularly known as Sijublue, has once again organized a football competition for the youths of the area. As a politician and philanthropist, Sijublue believes in helping the less privileged in society.
In an online conversation with our correspondent, he said, “It’s not because I’m into politics that I’m supporting my community. My philosophy is to see others happy. Life should be all about being empathetic to the feelings and needs of others. Aside from organizing sporting activities, I also run a foundation to assist our people.”
