Foremost human rights organization in Nigeria, committee for the defence of human rights as described the death of Pastor TB Joshua as sad occurrence, stating that he was passionate about human rights.
In a brief message on Sunday signed by the national president of the organization, Barrister Osagie Obayuwana disclosed that the entire membership of the group is saddened by the sudden departure of the televangelist.
According to him”the entire membership of the committee for the defence of human rights is saddened to receive the news of the transition to eternity of prophet TB Joshua. We join millions of the poor, sick and the troubled worldwide who were recipients of his dedicated services in mourning. ”
Continuing” he was passionate about human rights. His exploits shall speak for him forever”.
The popular Nigerian pastor died on Saturday night, while the immediate cause of his death has not been ascertained.
