The candidate of the All People’s Congress (APC ) in the July 24 local government election in Oshodi Isolo local government council Area, Otunba Kehinde Almoroof Oloyede, has described the appointment of the incumbent vice chairman of the local government, Tpl Daisi Oso as “a positive omen of what to expect in his regime”.
In a congratulatory message, Otunba Oloyede(Kendoo), described Tpl Oso as a resourceful, hardworking, diligent and highly focused professional, whose contributions to the development of the local government is immeasurable.
In his words “let me congratulate my brother and our amiable vice chairman of the council, Tpl Daisi Oso on his appointment as General Manager, Lagos State planning and Environmental Monitoring Agency (LASPEMA). He is eminently qualified for the exalted position. We, at Oshodi, are happy and joyous on this occasion and I make bold to say this is the beginning of what to expect under our government. ”
The property consultant cum politician equally commended Governor Babajide Sanwoolu for the appointment, while also appealing that the local government should be considered for more appointments.
Kendoo averred that “Let me appeal to our amiable Governor, Mr Babajide Olushola Sanwoolu, to consider Oshodi-Isolo local government for more appointments in future. We have qualified people that can be favourably considered for appointment at the state level. Like Oliver Twist, we are asking for more from Mr Governor. ”
Finally, he prayed for a successful outing for Tpl Daisi Oso as he embark on his new role as General manager, LASPEMA.
