MANDATE GROUP OSHODI ISOLO LGA DRUMS SUPPORT FOR HON. ALMAROOF OLOYEDE KEHINDE A.K.A KENDOO
The mandate group, a political caucus within the All Progressives Congress has drummed support for the chairmanship Candidate and other candidates of the All Progressives Congress in the forthcoming local government polls.
This was made known during the emergency meeting of the group in Shogunle.
Hon. Wale Adelana, leader of the 1 Mandate Group in oshodi appealed to the Excos and Members of the group to bury their hatchet, worked together, and ensure victory for the candidacy of Otunba Kehinde Oloyede Almorouf and other All Progressives Congress candidate in the July poll.
” Our unity is our strength, All Progressives Congress in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government is one United family, let’s mobilize and ensure a large turnout to secure victory for our party candidates in July,” he said.
The flag bearer of the party Hon. Kehinde Oloyede Almaroof was unavoidably absent at the meeting due to an emergency call received from Governor’s office for an urgent meeting which was confirmed by his entourage who pleaded over his absence.
Speaking further, Hon Wale Adelana made it known to the Mandate stakeholders that the group irrespective of what transpired before, during, and after the primaries must work assiduously to ensure that maximum support is given to all the candidates of the party across the wards as the All Progressives Congress irrespective of the group interest remain the umbrella that binds all together and her wish must be well respected as the supremacy of the party remains the core value of the Mandate group in Lagos whiff must be followed to the latter.
He charged the stakeholders to demonstrate their unflinching support and loyalty to the party by giving Otunba Kehinde Almoroof Oloyede the necessary support needed to become the next chairman of the local government as the date for election draw nearer.
Members that spoke during the meeting express their grievances while they were appealed to remain calm and work for the overall interest of the party.
The meeting had in attendance Leader Com. Bamidele Ogunsakin, Hon Wale Adelana, Hon Israel Akiode A.K.A OSHA 017, wife of the party chairman Isikat Kasali, party Acting chairman and other bigwigs of the group.
Hon Saheed Animashaun A.K.A Sabacura , the acting chairman of the APC expressed his joy over the resolution of the group call on her members to commence effective mobilization and awareness campaign for all the party candidates in the coming polls.
