There was massive turn out of prominent politicians, leaders, officials and residents of Apapa local government as the candidate of the ruling party, All progressives Congress (APC),Hon Kevin Oluwaseun Gabriel flagged off his campaign with a promise to turn around the fortunes of the local government positively.
The massive assemblage commenced at the Party’s Secretariat Udengbunam lane, where party leaders prayed for the success of the businessman during the election.
In his own reaction, Hon Kevin Oluwaseun Gabriel promised he won’t let down the party as he will run inclusive government that will focus on developmental projects.
Hon KOG also promised that the return of economic activities into the local government will be his priority and that the party will be carried along in the project implementation..
He assured business owners in the local government that his administration will provide the enabling environment for their businesses to thrive .
As the campaign train moved around the local government, enthusiastic youth sang praises of the candidate , declaring their support for his aspiration.
Dignitaries who graced the campaign include the party’s chairman caretaker committee, Alhaji Fatai Sanni, Pastor Adebayo Adesanya, the women leader, Alhaji Kamorudeen Olasode, Mrs Udegbunam and Alhaji Olori a.k.a senator among others
Also in attendance to add colour to the event include Artisans, leaders of Indigbo, Arewa , market Association and community Development Committee and others.
