Officials of National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Yobe state Agricultural Intervention team, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders commenced the Distribution of Agricultural inputs under the Federal Government Emergency Agricultural Intervention Fund for Farmers affected by Disasters in Yobe state.
The Zonal Coordinator of NEMA in the North East, Wagami Lydia Madu who led the team appealed to the farmers make to judicious use of the inputs ,and that the agency will continue to support farmers in distress.
The Farmers were full of praises for the intervention ,stressing that the assistance from NEMA will be put into proper use.
