The coordinator of the women wing of Lagos APC Professionals council , Rt. Hon Bola Badmus -Olujobi has expressed sadness over the demise of Mr Omotayo Sanyaolu who died yesterday, in a ghastly motor accident.
Tayo, as he was fondly called by rank and file , was the immediate past Lagos APC youth leader , and was the Senior Special Assistant on Tertiary education, youths and students affairs to the governor of Lagos State , Mr Babajide Sanwoolu.
Olujobi , speaking on behalf of the women wing of the council , explained that his death is a monumental loss to APC as a family, describing him as a grassroot mobilizer , who has left behind an indelible imprint in the society, and will be greatly missed.
She said, “The death of Tayo has really caused us an irredeemable loss to the youth and the APC as a political platform.
“He was a selfless figure who was always there to serve the party whenever he was called upon”
“This is an untimely loss, I must confess. It’s only God that can heal our pains,” she said.
Olujobi prayed to God to give his family the fortitude to bear the loss .
