In a congratulatory message, signed by its coordinator, *Rt. Hon Bola Badmus-Olujobi* , said the Council heartily Congratulates Cardinal James Odunbaku (MFR).
She said in his capacity as a spiritual leader and political icon, he has laboured tirelessly towards the development of Lagos State, Nigeria and humanity in general.
This National honours award is a recognition of his selflessness, patriotism and and it is well-appreciated.
They also pray that the God Almighty, whom he serves will continue to honour him.
