The Eselu of Iselu Kingdom, HRM Oba Ebenezer Akintunde Akinyemi in Yewa North Local Government area of Ogun state, has called on all the Sons and daughters of the kingdom not to be disturbed but calm in the ongoing propaganda sponsored against his person as related to the death of his late wife, Olori Idayat Animashaun-Akinyemi.
According to a palace source ” It is so sad that ,people will go to this extent of maligning our Kabiesi on the death of Olori Idayat – that she was used for ritual, habaa.! This is the height of stupidity, lies and propaganda. The palace actually knows those who are behind this and definitely all legal options shall be taken.”
“It is absurd that, one Adekunle Adimula allowed himself to be used to spread lies about our revered Kabiesi, soon, himself and his sponsors will surely hear from the palace because to have alleged someone of murder you must be able to prove it,”
“A loss that the palace is yet to overcome and still mourning every now and then, same is what they are playing politics with. It shows they are happy about Olori’s death. It is not a secret that she died of a chronic liver disease, so why the changing of narratives? To achieve what? To what end? We would actually not going to take this lightly,” the palace source said.
Investigation by AlimoshoTV corroborated the fact that, Olori Idayat died of a chronic liver disease at the Lagos State Teaching Hospital according to the death certificate available to us.
Below is the Facebook post by One Adekunle Adimula
“Late Olori Animasaun was a princess of Elepe of Epe but married to Oba Akintunde Akinyemi , a lovely and loyal wife to Eselu of Eselu, alas, she was used and killed by Oba Eselu for ritual. May her gentle soul rest in peace😭. Omooba hmm
Kabiyesi Eselu, I wouldn’t have engage you to this level, but since you choose not to accept the fact that you made mistake by disparaged the office of Paramount ruler, currently occupying by Oba Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle and you refused to withdraw your statement which have caused entire Yewa, Ogun west and even Ogun state and traditional institution a huge embrasssment, I’ll keep exposing all your secrets till you do the needful on this saga you brought upon yourself Kabiyesi.

Account of an eyewitness on the death of Olori Idayat Akinyemi
Dear Adekunle Adimula,
It is rather unfortunate to see a young man choosing dirty job of blackmailing in an emerging economy where there are many untapped resources/opportunities. In any case, you have ventured into a bad one this time because wherever TRUTH stands, it retains same shape, colour and status but you will need to mend lies/falsehoods so it looks as truth but in no distant time it will be too massive to carry, hence it shatters away.
My humble self on the directives of HRM Oba Ebenezer Akintunde Akinyemi (ESELU of Iselu Kingdom), was the one that took the remains of the Late Olori Idayat Akinyemi (nee Animashaun of the Epe Kingdom); from the LUTH mortuary to kabiyesi’s palace at Orita, Oja-Odan in Yewa North Local Government Area of Ogun State where she was buried; her children, all Iselu chiefs and her siblings as well as other notable personalities were present. I have a copy of the death certificate with me and there are many living witnesses as well.
Let me tow the path of peace by advising you not to put yourself in deep mess and to this effect I will suggest that you retract and pull down this your false narratives that is capable of scratching the wounds of those little children of the Late Olori and the royal families of HRM Oba Animashaun and HRM Oba Akinyemi.
If you have a balance to collect from your sponsors, it is better you do that now and heed to my honest advise because the consequences will be worst than the enjoyment gotten from the stipend your sponsors paid you for the dirty job.
As for the EFCC case, the agency can be contacted for necessary information as regards your allegation.
