Ayodeji Rilwan Tinubu (ART) has extended his heartfelt commendation to Hon. Omolola Essien, the Chairman of Lagos Mainland Local Government, for her generous donation of a mini bus to the Lagos Mainland Branch of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN)._
