Newly deployed Commandant of Air force Secondary School, Shasha, Lagos, Squadron Leader, Nuhu Gana, on Friday, 31st January, 2025, paid a working visit to the palace of Sarkin Alimosho Overall and Chairman of the Chieftaincy Council of Arewa Community situated in New London Estate, Baruwa, Lagos.
Welcoming the Senior Military personnel to the palace, the secretary of council, Ibrahim Abubakar Jagaba, recounted a brief history of the Alimosho palace, stating that, under eight years of the birth of the Chieftaincy Council of Arewa Community Alimosho Local Government, Lagos State, landmark achievements have been recorded including, the enhancement of inter-communal harmony, security wellness and excellent working relations with local councils and the Lagos State State Government as well as numerous stakeholders across relevant stratas of the society.
Delivering his remarks, SQN LDR Nuhu Gana, said he was in the palace to pay homage to royalty and register his readiness to partner with the palace on matters of public interest, in line with his area of responsibility, as the Commandant of the Air force Secondary School, Shasha, Lagos State; the senior military officer, expressed profound appreciation for the warm reception extended to his team at the palace.
The visitation climaxed with the presentation of a complimentary plaque by Commandant Gana to the Chairman of the Chieftaincy Council of Arewa Community and Sarki Overall of Alimosho, HRH Alhaji Ahmed Haruna Kuraja.
