The Akinpelu/Adebisi Campaign Team, energized by their recent nomination as the party’s candidates, attended the APC LGA party meeting yesterday to celebrate with party members and the electorate.
At the meeting, Hon. Tosin Fatoki, the party chairman, warmly welcomed the team and introduced the candidates to the enthusiastic crowd, which gathered in large numbers to show their support. Hon. Fatoki expressed his strong endorsement of the campaign team and urged all party members to rally together and ensure a solid turnout at the polls on July 12.
Elders of the party were present, offering heartfelt prayers for the candidates and introducing them affectionately to the energized supporters. The atmosphere quickly transformed from a typical meeting into a lively celebration, complete with drummers and singers, creating a festive spirit in the vicinity of the Abati Primary School.
Hon. Akinpelu Johnson, visibly moved by the warm reception, expressed his gratitude to party members, elders, and the campaign team for their unwavering support. He emphasized that their dedication to him and his running mate, Hon. Francis Adebisi, is deeply appreciated. Additionally, Hon. Akinpelu shared his team’s commitment to a comprehensive engagement strategy that will serve as a roadmap for their administration.
