The leading Chairmanship aspirant in Alimosho Local Government Hon. Akinpelu Johnson flags off his campaign with the collection of the APC nomination form at the State Party’s Secretariat on Monday.
Reacting after, the aspirant Akin Johnson, the first in Alimosho Federal Constituency to collect the form, expressed gratitude to the Almighty God for making it possible for him to collect the form, a step he described as crucial in the collective effort at becoming the flag bearer of APC and subsequently winning the Local Government elections.
Mr. Johnson was accompanied to the Party Secretariat by a former Chairman, Forum of Party Ward Secretaries in Lagos State, Adeola Ajimotokan, Hon.Lookman Orelope and Hon.Onaolapo Akinwale former SLGs respectively, Wale Hamzat a Youth Leader and Hon.Akin Bashiru, a former Local Government Vice Chairman, and currently the South-West Geo-Political Zone Representative on the Board of National Bureau of Statistics.
With this step the journey to Bada Street Secretariat has begun as all stones will be turned to achieve emphatic success said Akin Bashiru.
Meanwhile the Aspirant, Akin Johnson has pledged to put together a broad-based team to oversee his campaign.
