The Director General of the Renewed Hope Network (TRN), Mohammad Oyinlomo Danmole, has announced plans for a massive congregational prayer programme in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, while formally declaring the group’s commitment to mobilising grassroots support for the President’s re-election bid in 2027.
Danmole made this known during a press conference held on Wednesday, May 7, 2026, where he described the Renewed Hope Network as a grassroots mobilisation platform committed to “networking the grassroots” and deepening support for the Renewed Hope Agenda across the country.
The TRN Director General specially acknowledged the National Leader of the organisation, Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari, alongside the State Convener, James Abiodun Faleke, and other state leaders of the movement.According to him, the organisation is focused on engaging directly with ordinary Nigerians in their local communities, languages, and cultural settings in order to strengthen civic participation and national unity.
“Our primary objective is to mobilise strong nationwide support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027,” Danmole stated.
He disclosed that the Renewed Hope Network would host a grand congregational prayer for Nigeria and President Tinubu on Saturday, May 10, 2026, with over 55,000 participants expected from across the six geopolitical zones and various faith-based organisations.

The TRN leadership also used the occasion to declare support for Kadri Obafemi Hamzat as the preferred candidate for the Lagos State governorship position, citing his experience, competence, and contributions to governance in the state.Danmole praised President Tinubu’s administration for what he described as bold reforms in the economy, infrastructure, education, security, and social investment sectors under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
While admitting that some of the reforms may appear difficult in the short term, he maintained that the policies are laying the foundation for sustainable national growth and economic prosperity. He further assured that the organisation would intensify grassroots mobilisation and community engagement programmes targeting youths, women, artisans, market associations, farmers, and traditional institutions nationwide.
The TRN Director General called on Nigerians across ethnic, religious, and political divides to participate in the May 10 prayer programme, stressing that national unity and collective support were essential to building a better Nigeria.
