Throughout his journey as an entrepreneur, educator, product strategist, and Business Lecturer in the United Kingdom, Epaphras worked with students, graduates, and aspiring professionals who were eager to build careers in technology. While many possessed talent and determination, they often lacked access to practical, affordable, and industry-focused training that employers truly value.
He recognised a gap between education and employment, a gap that prevented many capable individuals from reaching their full potential.
Instead of accepting the status quo, he chose to build a solution.
