The APC professionals council has appealed to the Academic Staff Union of Nigeria Universities (ASUU) to call off its ongoing strike in the interest of the nation and students.
Reacting to the face-off between ASUU and the Federal Government, the council pleaded to the union to find a middle ground with the government so that the strike can end , so that our children go back to class.
In a statement signed by the Lagos State Coordinator of the women wing , Rt. Hon . Bola Badmus -Olujobi , she pleaded with ASUU’s leadership to consider the plight of the students and their parents, and also advised the government to shift grounds for the benefit of everyone .
